So many people set themselves unrealistic goals when it comes to trying to loose weight!
People believe that they can loose 14 pounds (1 stone) in a matter of a week or so, if they starve themselves. They tend to not think about the long term affect, i.e. sustaining the weight loss.
Exercising and eating healthy is a good start for loosing weight! It can be easier said than done though!
